Beyond project delivery, I care deeply about building things that create real impact for people and animals alike. Here's some of the community work I've founded and led.

Initiative 01

Give Together

Founder & Chairperson · Seneca Student Federation, partnered with Canadian Blood Services · Jun 2025 – Present

I founded Give Together around one question: how do you plan to save lives today? It's a student-led club that makes blood and plasma donation simple, accessible, and meaningful, built on partnership with Canadian Blood Services and a belief that one donation can change someone's life.

What I lead:

  • Guide multidisciplinary volunteer teams delivering donation awareness campaigns across campus
  • Partner directly with Canadian Blood Services on health accuracy, ethical standards, and outreach
  • Design operational plans, communication workflows, and volunteer training

Highlights:

  • Founded and now run the Annual Give Together Golf Tournament, a signature fundraising event, now in its 2nd year
  • Delivered multiple high-impact donation awareness campaigns across campus
  • Built a lasting partnership with Canadian Blood Services
First was her commitment to the Canadian Blood Services and the creation of a Partner-for-Life program to address acute problems in Canada's systemic issues with blood, plasma, platelet and stem-cell supply. She brought not only charisma but genuine empathy to the table, helping recruit, unite and inspire thousands of students across diverse backgrounds.

Initiative 02

Monkey.ko

Founder · Animal Welfare Fundraising Initiative · Feb 2022 – Jan 2024

During the height of COVID, I founded Monkey.ko, a small home bakery with one purpose. Every dollar earned went directly to local dog shelters struggling to care for abandoned and injured animals when resources were at their scarcest.

What I led:

  • Managed the entire operation end-to-end: baking, packaging, marketing, sales, delivery, and donation coordination
  • Built a steady donation pipeline covering food, medicine, and emergency treatment costs
  • Partnered with local volunteers to raise awareness during a period when shelters were overwhelmed

Impact:

  • Supported shelters through one of the hardest periods for animal welfare resourcing
  • Contributed to the care and recovery of dozens of rescued animals through a self-built, community-driven model
